Your initial consultation is complimentary. Please allow approximately 30 minutes. After the initial consultation your sessions will be charged as follows:
Email Therapy Rates
$20 per question
Online (Webcam) or Telephone Rates
$60 per individual session (50-60 minutes)
$75 per couples session (60-75 minutes)
Face to Face Rates
$75 per individual session (50-60 minutes)
$90 per couples session (60-75 minutes)
Family and group rates vary depending upon number of participants
Sliding scale available on an as needed basis
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Online sessions must be paid by Credit Card only and are accepted via Paypal. Credit Card, personal check or cash are accepted for face to face sessions. Payment must be paid at the time of your scheduled session.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notification of your request to cancel your appointment is required. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled without 24 hours advance notice.
