You must look for, acknowledge and be in Joy first, and then your life will transform into abundant Joy. Difficult times are the greatest opportunities to find Joy in disguise. Just because you are in a difficult time, does not mean there is the absence of any and all Joy. The Joy is still there, it just isn't being acknowledged. When we face difficult times we have to put in determined work to get ourselves into the Joy that is underneath the sorrow, but eventually we do, so why not reach for it right away. As you make Joy the first choice in difficult times, you are becoming the master of your emotions and the master of your life.
