Your initial consultation is complimentary. Please allow approximately 30 minutes. After the initial consultation your sessions will be charged as follows:

• Email Rates
   $ 40 per email response (approximately 30 minutes)

• IM, Online (webcam) or Telephone Rates*
   $  75 per individual session (50 minutes)
   $115 per couples session (80 minutes)

• Face to Face (in office) Rates*
   $  85 per individual session (50 minutes)
   $125 per couples/family session (80 minutes)
 
  * $40 will be charged for each additional 30 minute increment

  - Group rates vary depending upon number of participants
  - Home visits are available.  Increase in rate is determined based on travel time
  - Sliding fee scale is temporarily available on an as needed basis

 

Insurance
If you would like to use your health insurance benefits to cover your counseling services, it will be important for you to contact your insurance company and learn about the coverage that your benefit plan allows for mental health services.  Often insurance companies will provide a co-pay plan, an annual deductible, a cap on number of visits per year, as well as allow for partial or full reimbursement for both in and out of network clinician services.  Once you learn about your coverage, we can discuss your benefits, along with the various financial arrangements available to you for your counseling services and put together a mutually satisfactory payment arrangement.  We can discuss this information in more detail at your free 30 minute consultation.

Payment
Online sessions must be paid by Credit Card only and are accepted via Paypal. Credit Card, personal check or cash are accepted for face to face sessions. Payment must be paid at the time of your scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours advance notification of your request to cancel your appointment is required unless it is an emergency. There will be a cancellation fee equal to your session fee for appointments canceled without 24 hours advance notice, unless the appointment can be filled.
